Ahmad Faiz Zainuddin is an energy therapy expert, self-development coach, and the author of the best-selling book “SEFT for Healing Success Happiness Greatness.” Born in Surabaya on January 12, 1977, he has a strong academic background in psychology and human resources, holding degrees from Universitas Airlangga, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, and Nanyang Technological University Singapore.

Founder of SEFT (Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique) and HOPES (Holistic Person Empowerment System) From 2005 to 2014, Ahmad Faiz Zainuddin developed SEFT for over 32,000 people, including alumni from more than 200 training batches, coaching sessions, and workshops, and has practiced it on hundreds of thousands of individuals in various social service events and personal therapy/consultations.
He has frequently appeared in newspapers, tabloids, magazines, radio, and television, both in Indonesia and internationally.

In the field of energy therapy, Ahmad Faiz Zainuddin studied directly under EFT founder Gary Craig (USA), Body Mind Integration founder John Hartung (USA), EFT for Peak Performance developer Steve Wells (Australia), Chairman of the Energy Psychology Association Asia Pacific Joseph Guan (Singapore), Psycho Energetic Aura Technology/PEAT expert Carol Saito (Italy), and EMDR & Energy Therapy expert Michael Galvin (USA). He also attended the International Energy Psychology Conference in Reston, USA, in May 2013.
He has participated in various short courses on human empowerment in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, China, India, Canada, and the USA. Over three months (starting in Ramadan 2013), he completed 15 intensive trainings at Harvard Summer School for Professional (Harvard Program on Negotiation), Harvard Business School (Leading Professional Service Firm), MIT (Leadership Strategy), Brigham Young University (Family Education), Omega Institute (Mindfulness for Educators), Florida (Training for Family Therapists by John & Julie Gottman), and attended the International Conference on Comprehensive Energy Psychology.

With over a decade of experience, he continues to contribute to empowering individuals toward success and well-being.
He received two awards from MURI (Indonesian Record Museum) for his successful SEFT therapy in overcoming smoking addiction in 1,400 students and drug addiction in 2,500 prisoners at Cipinang Penitentiary. He holds two intellectual property rights (IPRs) for SEFT and HOPES and was recognized as an outstanding alumni of Universitas Airlangga in 2008.
